Use this link if you are having difficulty connecting to, or maintaining
a connection with, any of Validator's carriers. Click on the link

This tool will
allow us to temporarily view your computer screen to help you
diagnose and repair any issues with your computer or software.
We do not recommend installing this utility without our walking
you through the installation, as slight configuration variances
would effectively prohibit our ability to connect to your computer.
