What you should know about our 30 day Guarantee:
Any product which Physicians Software Solutions, Inc.
manufactures comes with an unconditional 30 day guarantee. If, for any reason,
within the first 30 days, you find the product does not suit your needs, you may
return it for a full refund less shipping costs. Those products which we sell,
but which come from other suppliers, are provided with a 30 day satisfaction
guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software within the first 30 days,
you may return it for a refund, but you will be assessed a restocking fee, as we
have to pay this fee to our suppliers in order to recoup our investment.
What you should know about Prepaid Support and Training:
Unless otherwise stated, prepaid support and prepaid
training is provided via telephone. It is highly recommended that you have high
speed internet access to get the most of this kind of training. For an
additional fee, you may elect to have prepaid training occur at your offices.
Contact S&A for an estimate of what an onsite visit may cost you. Prepaid
support may not be used for onsite visits.
What practice management systems include:
All practice management systems sold by Physicians Software
Solutions, Inc. include one hour of installation support over a HIGH SPEED
INTERNET connection, and 30 days of technical support. PSS, Inc. cannot warrant
any installation where there is not a stable high speed internet connection.
Training is NOT included with the purchase price of the software. We HIGHLY
recommend you utilize our excellent prepaid training rates.
Lytec Minimum System Requirements:
Lytec 2006 and 2007 are both very feature-rich practice
management systems, and have very serious minimum system requirements. S&A/PSS
is not responsible for installations on any hardware which does not meet this
requirement, and those installations will not be covered under our normal
warranty. Those requirements are as follows:
Processor: Pentium 4 1.8Ghz or better or AMD Athlon.
Sempron and Celleron are not ok.
Ram: 1Ghz for workstations, 3Ghz (4 recommended) for Servers.
CD-Rom: A Standard CD Rom must be available on at least one workstation
in the network
Network Card: 100Mbit NIC Card on workstations, recommend Gigabit
networking
Operating System: Windows XP professional for workstations, and Windows
Server 2003 for servers. Windows XP Home, or Media Center Edition is not
officially supported.
Validator Hardware Requirements:
If you are purchasing our popular Validator program for direct electronic
claims, a high quality analog modem is required to make a connection to most
insurance carriers, even if you have a high speed internet access such as cable
or DSL. If your computer has an internal software based or win-modem, you may
not be able to use that modem to submit claims. We recommend a high quality
external serial modem for any and all computers submitting claims with the
Validator.
