We are now in our 15th major revision for Validator will Validator 5.15. Enhancements in this version have been made for transitions from NHIC Medicare in California to Palmetto Medicare. If you submit to NHIC Medicare in California, you should not install this patch until you have received your "Jurisdiction 1 Submitter ID Activation Notification".
