Carrier List

The Stephens & Associates’ team works hard to bring you a very comprehensive list of carriers that you can use straight “out of the box” to send claims to. Don’t forget, however, that the Validator works with ANY HIPAA COMPLIANT CARRIER in the free world! With our Gold edition, you may send claims to any carrier who accepts electronic claims with less than 10 minutes of setup.

Many of our clients have taken advantage of the great ability our Validator Gold edition offers, and as a result, the list of available carriers below is hard to keep updated! The carriers below are carriers who we have already tested or certified with as of 1/31/05, and with whom we are listed as a compliant vendor. There are many other carriers however, that we are either in the process of testing with, that clients of ours are in the process of testing with, or that the Validator already is capable of submitting claims to.
